RODENT CONTROL

Rodents dwell around the exterior of homes and seek shelter in substructure areas and attics. We have learned that it is impossible to exterminate rodents around the exterior since they travel great distances for food. Rodent exclusion from the structure is very effective and safe. CASCO will completely exclude any entries into the dwelling, using the latest in technology and equipment available to the pest control industry.

Our process begins with a thorough inspection of the attic, substructure area and complete exterior area including heavy foliage that may harbor rodents. Infestations are identified and entry points are noted for repair. These areas may be as small as one square inch and can occur at many different areas of the structure.

The Rodent Protection Plan

Rodent entry ways are sealed with appropriate materials. All repairs will be completed in a professional manner.
Rodent traps are dispersed at strategic areas to assure complete containment. Return visits are scheduled for trap inspection, carcass removal and new trap installation.
Unless otherwise indicated, all exclusion work performed on the structure is warranted for a period of one year from date of initial service. CASCO Pest Control also offers an annual renewable warranty for a specified amount that would include re-inspections of premises to assure that repair work is still functional. Removal of old trapping devices, replacement of new devices if necessary, and exterior site inspection.
